Warranty Statement
THE MIRROR、THE VISION、THE VISION(2Heads) series embroidery machines sold by BAi are qualified products that have undergone strictly tested to meet the standards of product technical parameters, testing and factory delivery.
If the machine you purchased during the warranty period has a quality question that cannot be repaired properly, we promise to provide a fast return and exchange process to ensure that users do not have any economic loss.
Warranty Terms
Warranty for the Whole Machine
- Warranty Period: From the date of receipt, the whole machine enjoys one-year free warranty
- Coverage: During the warranty period, if it is confirmed by technical inspection that the failure of the machine is caused by the quality of the parts, our company will replace the relevant faulty parts free of charge. Accessories include, but are not limited to, rotary hook, scissors, needle bar, drive block, presser foot and various electronic components in the electronic control system.
Warranty for accessories
- Randomly attached functional accessories (such as garment hoops, brackets, cap hoops, cap station, flat embroidery frames, etc.) enjoy a one-year free warranty. If there is any quality question that is not caused by human factor during the warranty period, we will provide the corresponding replacement service.
Warranty coverage of embroidery consumables
- Random embroidery consumables (such as threads, fabrics, etc.) are not included in the warranty because they are consumables and their actual use is complicated.
Lifetime Free After-sales Service
- All customers who purchase our company's products can enjoy lifetime free after-sales service to ensure continuous technical support and usage guidance during the usage period.
Warranty Methods
Spare Parts Replacement Service:
For those that meet the warranty conditions, our company will send the required accessories free of charge to any country in the world (usually delivered within 3 - 7 days, and the longest time will not exceed 10 days).
Online teaching guidance:
Provide one-on-one professional online guidance, even if inexperienced users can successfully complete the replacement of parts, quickly restore the normal operation of the machine (online service is recommended first to save the time and cost of on-site service).
On-site Service (Chargeable):
On-site service can be provided within the service scope of local engineers. The charging standard depends on the distance. See the attached table for details. Advance reservation is required. For areas not covered, on-site service guarantee is not provided temporarily.

- Warranty terms: Customers who buy used machines also enjoy lifetime free after-sales service.However, the free warranty period for the accessories that need to be replaced is calculated from the factory date of the machine and lasts for one year.
- Out-of-warranty Service:
- All accessories are supplied at the official original factory price through the official website, and any behavior of high-price sales is prohibited. Once a third-party authorized store violates the regulations, the company will cancel its authorization qualification.
- Provide spare parts purchase and fast transportation service for the whole series of machine models.
- Continue to provide free online maintenance guidance to ensure that users successfully complete malfunctions troubleshooting and repair.
Customer Responsibilities
To protect the rights and interests of both parties and improve the service quality, customers need to fulfill the following obligations:
New User Training:
Customers without experience should make an appointment for teaching services as soon as they receive the machine and join the technical after-sales support group and obtain professional guidance.
Abnormal Feedback:
When there are abnormalities or questions during the operation of the machine, it is necessary to timely feedback to the service team to avoid machine damage caused by misoperation.
Value-added Services:
If you want to know about embroidery consumables, digitizing software or the operation knowledge of the embroidery business, we will provide additional support to help your business grow rapidly.
Cooperation Obligation:
When enjoying free online guidance, it is demanded to cooperate with engineers for operation inspection. If it cannot be completed due to personal reasons, you can choose paid on-site service or seek the assistance of relatives and friends.
Standardized Return and Exchange:
When enjoying the return and exchange service, it is required to ensure that the machine is clean and the accessories are complete to avoid secondary damage during transportation.
Use and Maintenance:
Keep the machine in a dry and clean environment, avoid extreme conditions and conduct regular maintenance to extend the service life of the machine.
Legal and Liability Statement
- BAi reserves the right to pursue legal liability for malicious refund fraud behaviors and will permanently disqualify purchase on this user.
- This Limited Warranty will become void if the machine has been tampered with or modified without the prior express approval of a BAi representative, or if the serial number has been altered or deleted. This Limited Warranty does not apply to software.
- According to this warranty, BAi's liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts or the whole product. In No case, exceed the purchase price of the product, as to which the claim is made. Any claim against BAi must be brought in the court system of Liangxi District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China. This Limited Warranty is THE ONLY ONE. All other warranties expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded. Any implied warranties that may not be excluded under applicable law, are hereby limited to the duration of the warranty. In no event will Ricoma be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit), even if BAi has been expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. The purchaser may also have other rights in their home jurisdictions.
- Any form of private charging or special relationship maintenance behavior is prohibited. Once found, the relevant responsible persons will be seriously dealt with.
